MiPACS Dental Enterprise Solution is currently being deployed in three more medical centers throughout the Department of Veterans' Affairs, which brings the total to 46 VA Medical Centers already installed nationwide. MiPACS gives VA dental clinics a single software application that can capture digital radiographs from multiple brands of devices. MiPACS integrates seamlessly with their existing systems - VistA Imaging, CPRS, and Dental Record Manager Plus.

MiPACS has been implemented at two VA Boston Healthcare System medical centers located in Jamaica Plain MA and Brockton MA. The Boston VA Healthcare system hospitals use a centralized MiPACS Storage Server located at Jamaica Plain, so that all patient images are accessible from either hospital. The Providence VA Medical Center, located in Providence RI, also recently implemented MiPACS in its dental clinic. MiPACS replaced a competitor whose software did not perform in all three hospitals Within VISN 1, MiPACS is currently installed in all hospitals except for Togus, ME and Manchester, NH.
