Features of MiPACS + Pearl AI

Using advanced machine learning algorithms, MiPACS AI automatically analyzes dental X-rays in real time, identifying caries, bone loss, periapical radiolucency's, calculus, and other conditions. It provides AI-driven annotations and visual overlays, serving as a reliable second set of eyes to improve diagnostic confidence, reduce errors, and enhance patient communication. Designed to meet the needs of today's dental teams, This AI-enhanced solution supports efficiency and quality improvements.

Overview of AI Capabilities

Our AI tool is designed to assist you in analyzing dental X-rays. With advanced machine learning algorithms, the AI can:

  • Detect progressed and incipient caries, calculus, notable margin(s), and periapical radiolucency
  • Detect bridges, crowns, fillings, and implants
  • Provide the ability to hover, highlight, and hide any detections found in the image

Once the AI has analyzed the image, images can be viewed highlighting the areas of concern (Exploded View). Key features include:

  • Identified Issues: A list of potential issues (e.g., caries, calculus, inflammation) are presented in the findings dialog.
  • Highlighted Areas: Visual markers indicating where the AI has detected anomalies, bridges, crowns, fillings, implants, and root canals.
  • Dentin/Enamel: Tooltips can be displayed by hovering over the identified issues (caries) that include the percentage of dentin and enamel.

Benefits to Your Practice

Our AI tool is designed to assist you in analyzing dental X-rays. With advanced machine learning algorithms, the AI can:

  • Improved Accuracy: The AI helps identify potential issues that might be missed by the human eye.
  • Time Savings: Reduce time spent manually analyzing images and focus more on patient care.
  • Enhanced Collaboration: AI-generated results can be shared with colleagues or specialists for further consultation.
